Turkic States Red Crescent Network meeting

The meeting of the Turkic States Red Crescent Network, formed by the Red Crescent organizations of the member states of the Organization of Turkic States, was held in Azerbaijan.

Hosted by the President of the Azerbaijan Red Crescent, Novruz Aslanov, in Baku, the meeting was attended by the President of the Cyprus Turkish Red Crescent, Sezai Sezen.

During the meeting, consultations were held regarding joint activities implemented in 2025, and common priorities in humanitarian aid and development across the Turkic world were evaluated.

The meeting also included an exchange of views on determining the strategic goals for 2026.

At the end of the meeting, it was decided that the term presidency of the Turkic States Red Crescent Network would be transferred to Azerbaijan, and a declaration was signed.
