Trump signals endgame in Iran conflict after intensified strikes

The Iran war entered its 34th day as US President Donald Trump delivered a national address, stating that American forces had largely achieved their military objectives and were approaching the final phase of the conflict.

Speaking from the White House, Trump said that when the United States launched what he described as “Operation Epic Fury,” most of its targets in Iran had already been met, adding that remaining operations would be completed soon.

He announced that the next two to three weeks would involve intensified strikes aimed at delivering a decisive blow, warning that if no agreement is reached, critical infrastructure such as power plants could be targeted, while noting that oil facilities would be spared to avoid further harm to the Iranian population.
