Prime Minister Üstel: Every pain experienced in Turkey is also the pain of the Turkish Cypriot people

Prime Minister Ünal Üstel published a condolence message for those who lost their lives in the flood disaster in Istanbul.

“We feel the pain in our hearts of our brothers and sisters who lost their lives in the flood disaster that occurred in Istanbul, in our Motherland, the Republic of Turkey,” Üstel said.

“Every pain experienced in Turkey is also the pain of the Turkish Cypriot people.”

“In these difficult days, we share the pain of our brothers and sisters in Istanbul, and on behalf of myself, my government, and the Turkish Cypriot people, I convey my best wishes to all citizens affected by the flood disaster.”

“I wish God’s mercy upon our brothers and sisters who lost their lives, patience and condolences to their grieving families, and a speedy recovery to our injured.”
