“Art Heals” ceramic exhibition opens at Ercan Airport

Organized within the scope of art events by T&T Airport Management, the exhibition consists of works created as a result of mixed group studies carried out by individuals of different ages in the workshop during the summer period.

The “Art Heals” exhibition features works by Yüksel Özdağ, Saniye Beşer, Dilşen Uzuner, Hülya Efe, Kimber Dodge, Koray Dalbazer, Minare, Cemal Ravil Bozcan, Defne Kocadal, Damla Kocadal, Defne Ada Konut, Kumsal Özgökçen, Hale Sağır, Gülen Tandoğdu, Gizem Albrecht, Ayla Say, Afif Say, and Tijen Madencioğlu Özkaloğlu.

Leman Cankat Ceramics Workshop owner, ceramic artist, and life coach Leman Cankat stated that the workshop has carried out activities for all age groups throughout its 25-year history.

Emphasizing that the workshop is not just a place where ceramic techniques are taught, Cankat noted that producing together, sharing, and strengthening family bonds are important parts of their work.

Stating that the art therapy activities carried out at the workshop bring different generations together, Cankat drew attention to the universal language of art that unites people.
