Foreign Minister Ertuğruloğlu in Baghdad

Foreign Minister Tahsin Ertuğruloğlu was welcomed by Iraqi officials in Baghdad, where he arrived to attend the 52nd Session of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), of which the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) is an observer member.

Foreign Minister Ertuğruloğlu will represent the TRNC at the meeting, which starts tomorrow.

Ministry bureaucrats are accompanying Foreign Minister Ertuğruloğlu on his visit to Baghdad, where he is also expected to hold a series of contacts.
