Chief Justice Özerdağ attends Balkan Constitutional Courts Forum in Antalya
The head of the Supreme Court, Chief Justice Bertan Özerdağ, attended the 3rd Ordinary Meeting of the Balkan Constitutional Courts Forum, held in Antalya from 13 to 16 November 2025.
As part of the forum, Özerdağ gave a speech at the international conference on “Standardisation of Human Rights and the Role of Constitutional Jurisdiction.”
In addition to the host, the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Türkiye, presidents and members of the constitutional courts of Azerbaijan, Albania, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Romania, Croatia, North Macedonia, Montenegro, and Moldova, as well as judges from the European Court of Human Rights, attended the conference.
Justice Talat Usar was also part of the Supreme Court delegation.
