Work accident in Gönyeli: Fell from a height of 2 meters, in intensive care

62-year-old Doğan Kaba was seriously injured in a work accident in Gönyeli.

According to information provided by the Police Press Office, the accident occurred today at around 11:00 at the construction site of a building under construction.

Doğan Kaba (62), who was working at the construction site, lost his balance and fell to the ground from a height of approximately 2 meters.

The injured Kaba was taken by ambulance to the Lefkoşa Dr. Burhan Nalbantoğlu State Hospital.

Diagnosed with a brain hemorrhage, Kaba was taken under observation in the intensive care unit following medical intervention.

The police investigation regarding the incident is ongoing.
