Geçitkale-Serdarlı Mayor Halil Kasım stated that although there is no definitive determination yet, he believes the fires that have broken out at the Serdarlı garbage dump area since July were intentionally and maliciously set by human hand in order to create chaos or gain a specific advantage, saying, "We think it is sabotage. We have taken the necessary steps for a permanent solution."
